RTL8761C - Highly Integrated Bluetooth 5.3 Controller

Introduction

The RTL8761C is a highly‑integrated single‑chip Bluetooth controller supporting BR/EDR and BLE dual‑mode operation. It is available in UART‑interface variant (RTL8761CTVxx) and USB‑interface variant (RTL8761CUV). Integrating the Bluetooth protocol stack (LM, LL, LE), baseband modem and RF module, the chip complies with Bluetooth Core Specification v5.4 and supports features including Auracast™ broadcast audio and Codec Offloading. It is compatible with multiple host platforms such as Android, Linux, Windows and RTOS. Among them, RTL8761CTV‑VI(Q) is the wide‑temperature part number for automotive applications.
