From March 11 to 13, 2025, the prestigious Embedded World exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany, concluded with resounding success. Realtek showcased an array of innovative Bluetooth smart solutions, attracting significant attention from European and American clients. The exhibition highlighted cutting-edge technologies, including Matter over Thread, AI Bluetooth glasses, smart dashboards, and high-performance Bluetooth modules, underscoring Realtek's expertise in Bluetooth technology.

Matter over Thread Solution – RTL8772G/RTL8777G Series

The RTL8772G series seamlessly integrates Ethernet and Matter over Thread networks, with the RTL8772GWP serving as a Thread Border Router. This innovative solution provides stable and efficient cloud control for smart home devices, bridging the gap between different networks. The RTL8777G series offers a comprehensive Matter over Thread connection solution, supporting various Thread roles, including high-performance routers and low-power end devices. Equipped with rich peripherals, customers can experience firsthand how Realtek leverages IoT technology to drive Matter over Thread applications in smart homes. At the exhibition, Realtek demonstrated how these solutions enhance the operational smoothness of smart home devices. The built-in high-performance display controller is optimized for smart home devices, offering a more fluid user experience. In terms of security, it employs TrustZone technology and has achieved PSA Level 2 certification, ensuring enhanced data protection. Additionally, the system features a Real-M300 (ARM CM55) 125MHz processor with 384KB SRAM, and its wireless transmission power can reach up to 14dBm.

Bluetooth Smart Dashboard Solution – RTL8773 Series

As smart mobility technology advances, modern vehicles have evolved into sophisticated platforms integrating smart connectivity and multimedia entertainment. To meet the demand for efficient in-vehicle displays and wireless audio, Realtek showcased the  RTL8773E series at Embedded World 2025, presenting the latest Bluetooth smart dashboard solutions. This attracted numerous professionals from the automotive electronics and smart driving sectors. The RTL8773E series supports Bluetooth 5.4 dual-mode, enabling high-quality A2DP audio streaming and LE Audio for lower power consumption. It features a QSPI interface, supporting display modules from 3 to 7 inches, combined with a Real-M300 (ARM CM55) 100MHz processor and a Cadence DSP (200MHz), along with 800KB SRAM, ensuring smooth image and audio processing capabilities. Additionally, the RTL8773E series integrates CAN Bus communication protocols and supports a 2.5D graphics acceleration engine (PPE2.0), enhancing real-time information and visual effects for drivers.

AI Bluetooth Glasses Solution – RTL8735B + RTL8773D

With the rapid growth of AI-driven smart wearable devices, Realtek's RTL8735B + RTL8773D solution empowers AI glasses with high-performance audio, image, and wireless connectivity capabilities. In terms of audio functionality, the RTL8773D series supports environmental noise cancellation (ENC), voice activity detection (VAD), and keyword recognition (KWS), along with Bluetooth 5.4 dual-mode for high-quality A2DP audio streaming and LE Audio for low-power audio transmission, offering an exceptional audio experience. For image processing, the RTL8735B features an ARM V8M processor (500MHz), capable of capturing 12-megapixel snapshots and supporting 2K video recording, with an integrated H.265/H.264 image processing unit (ISP) ensuring high-quality image output. Regarding computational performance, the RTL8773D series uses an ARM CM4 (160MHz) processor and dual-core Cadence DSP (320MHz, 2.56GOPS), with 4.3MB SRAM, supporting hardware VAD/KWS and a 4-6 microphone array (MIC ENC), providing robust AI voice processing capabilities. In wireless connectivity, the smart AI glasses support BT Classic and coexist with Wi-Fi, supporting dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) and Wi-Fi Direct. This solution combines RTL8773D and RTL8735B to enable lightweight intelligence in AI glasses, achieving lower power consumption and cost optimization.

Bluetooth Audio/Data Dual-Mode Module – RTL8763E Series

Realtek showcased the RTL8763E series Bluetooth modules, designed for audio and data transmission, supporting Bluetooth 5.4 dual-mode and compatible with BR/EDR/BLE. These modules fully support various Bluetooth protocols, including A2DP, SPP, and GATT. They feature Class D audio for clearer output and dual-microphone acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), effectively enhancing voice call and voice control experiences. The RTL8763E series is equipped with a Real-M300 (ARM CM55) 100MHz processor and integrates a Cadence DSP (200MHz) processing unit, ensuring robust computational and audio processing capabilities. Additionally, it supports a USB 2.0 audio interface, providing more flexible development options for diverse smart audio applications and meeting the varied demands of clients for smart headphones and audio streaming.

Low-Power BLE Data Single-Mode – RTL8752H Series

As wearable devices and smart tracking applications become increasingly popular, the demand for low-power and long-lasting Bluetooth solutions is steadily increasing. In response, Realtek's RTL8752H series is designed for BLE single-mode, focusing on low-power, high-efficiency data transmission suitable for smart tracking devices, sensors, wearable devices, and IoT applications. The RTL8752H supports Zephyr RTOS and is compatible with Apple's Find My network, enhancing device tracking capabilities and making smart location applications more accurate and reliable. It uses an ARM CM0+ (40MHz) processor with 120KB SRAM, providing stable BLE connectivity while ensuring low-power operation. In deep low power state (DLPS), the module's power consumption is just 1.35µA, significantly extending device battery life. Additionally, the RTL8752H supports BLE and 2.4GHz 2Mbps data rates, offering developers more efficient and low-power wireless data transmission solution.
